What is stored: the email address you sign up with, your display name, and whatever you or an AI assistant acting for you enter: people, organizations, openings, applications, notes, and documents you upload.

Who can see it: you, and any AI assistant you connect with your own API token. I can access the database to operate and support the service, and will not read your notes or documents except to fix a problem you report. Your data is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except the providers that host and run the service.

Where it lives: with reputable cloud providers, which may store and process it outside your country.

Research: as a beta user your data may be used for aggregate research into what works in a job search, for example reply rates by outreach channel, or how resume length relates to interview rates. This is done by automated analysis. Results never include quotes from your notes or documents, never identify you, a contact or an employer, and are only ever presented as totals across users.

Usage logging: the service records which screens and tools are used and when, to operate and improve it.

Deletion: ask and your account and data are deleted within 30 days. Backups expire on their own schedule after that.
